Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
If I am able to accommodate you after the grace period, a $5 late fee will be added.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations will result in loss of deposit.
